Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at lightroom@slinan.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is important to us!


Physical Goods Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of everything we offer at Slinan. All of our products are crafted using high-grade materials and undergo strict quality control and thorough testing.

We guarantee our physical products against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at lightroom@slinan.com and provide valid proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt). If the product is found to be defective, we will:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit

  • Issue a full refund, including original shipping charges

Please note: we cannot process warranty claims without proof of purchase.


Important Notes

  • All warranty claims are tested in-house to verify the issue and ensure product functionality.

  • In many cases, product issues are related to user setup or unfamiliarity. If you’re unsure, please consult the instruction manual or email us at lightroom@slinan.com—we’re happy to help troubleshoot.

  • If we find the returned product is fully functional after testing, we will return it to you.

This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery and only covers material or workmanship defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents.

Slinan is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused to third-party devices

  • Replacement or repair of other items used in connection with our products
