DIGITAL PRESETS RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once files have been downloaded. However, refunds may be considered under specific circumstances such as duplicate orders or receiving the wrong preset. Refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion.

We stand behind the quality of our products and our Slinan community. Each preset is carefully crafted and reflects years of professional editing expertise. Your satisfaction matters to us—if you're not getting the results you expected, please contact us and we’ll work with you to help you achieve the best possible outcome.

PHYSICAL GOODS RETURN POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by your order tracking number.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

Items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns that are damaged, used, altered, or missing original components will not be accepted.

Slinan reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN

To start the return process, please email lightroom@slinan.com with your:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Product Information

  • Reason for Return

  • Preference for Refund or Exchange

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the warehouse address.

RETURN SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be pre-authorized by our team. Do not send returns without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Please verify your shipping details and order contents immediately.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact us before the order is shipped—orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.

CUSTOMER REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and approved at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business weeks, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please retain your return shipping tracking number. Slinan is not responsible for returns until they are delivered and confirmed by tracking. Refunds will not be issued for items without proof of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products, face masks)

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and in such cases, we will cover return shipping.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns under the following conditions:

  • Excessive or irregular return history

  • Evidence of misuse, damage, or fraud

  • Failure to comply with return requirements

We may request photos or videos to verify return claims.
